30-Day Window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@sombrastudio.store with your order number
- We will send you return instructions and the return address
- Ship the item back with the provided tracking
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right — replacement or refund at no extra cost.
